Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end system implementations and project milestones within agreed target timelines.

  • Consult carrier partners on optimal logistics processes and deliver tailored Transporeon network solutions.

  • Provide interactive training and continuous specialized support for key software users.

  • Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-trust customer relationships across the network.

  • Become a recognized subject matter expert within the fast-evolving transportation and logistics sector.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in Romanian and English.

  • Proven background within customer service or customer care environments.

  • Excellent communication skills paired with fast technical comprehension.

  • Strong organizational abilities, proactivity, and high personal reliability.

  • Solid proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite products.

Bonus Points For

  • Fluency in any additional foreign language is a strong plus.

Logistics Location: Kraków, Poland or Remote - Poland
