Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through offer closure, ensuring timely and high-quality placements for technology roles. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and deliver qualified talent across AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Software domains. 3. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and networking channels to source and engage candidates for specialized technology positions. 4. Screen candidates for technical and domain fit, coordinate interviews, facilitate timely feedback, and support onboarding activities for successful hires. 5. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical technology positions, proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates for future needs. 6. Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations to ensure a seamless transition from selection to onboarding. 7. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders to support ongoing and future hiring needs within the organization. 8. Handle multiple requisitions efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Required Skills: 1. LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing in technology domains 2. Applicant tracking systems (ATS) for recruitment workflow management 3. Technical recruitment experience in AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Software 4. Boolean search techniques for candidate identification 5. Talent mapping and pipeline development for technology positions 6. Offer management and negotiation for technology roles 7. Recruitment analytics and reporting using ATS tools 8. Interview scheduling and coordination for technical candidates Preferred Skills: 1. Experience recruiting for Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Defense sectors 2. Familiarity with CRM platforms for candidate relationship management 3. Knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies and digital sourcing tools 4. Exposure to high-volume hiring in technology domains Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant field 2.
