Junior Ad Operations Specialist with Korean or Japanese

You Will:

• Support and coordinate the creation of dynamic web ads for the regional tech support team;
• Ensure banners meet the highest quality standards while complying with brand guidelines and industry best practices;
• Liaise with teams of account managers, sales managers, graphic designers and web developers;
• Update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles.

Desired Experience:

• About 6 months of professional experience;
• Experience in customer/internal stakeholders support;
• Knowledge of English and Polish at min. B2 is essential;
• Knowledge of Korean or Japanese at min. B1 level is a strong plus — you'll be working with teams and materials from these markets;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
• Accuracy and meticulousness in assigned tasks;
• Experience in independently managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines;
• Experience in taking initiative to improve processes or workflows;
• Willingness to enter into long-term cooperation;
• A degree in Marketing / Economics / Linguistics or similar is nice to have;
• Interest in the area of online marketing; ecommerce or IT is welcome.
