We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Systems Architect with expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) to spearhead our automation and lead-management infrastructure. This is not a general administrative role; we are looking for a technical strategist who views business processes through the lens of scalability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary architect behind our lead generation and fulfillment ecosystems, transforming complex business requirements into seamless, automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Design: Build, optimize, and maintain sophisticated GHL sub-accounts, including high-converting funnels, landing pages, and intuitive form logic.
- Workflow Engineering: Architect complex, multi-step automation sequences designed to nurture leads through the entire lifecycle, from acquisition to conversion.
- System Integration: Utilize Zapier or Make.com to create robust bridges between GHL and external enterprise tools, ensuring a unified tech stack.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene through the strategic use of tags, pipelines, and smart lists to ensure total lead accountability.
- Technical Oversight: Manage backend configurations, including DNS settings for domain/email authentication and the stability of Twilio and Mailgun integrations.
- Strategic Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in current systems and propose automated solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- AI Implementation: (Bonus) Lead the integration of AI-driven booking agents and automated content triggers within the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- GHL Expert: Comprehensive mastery of GoHighLevel (Workflows, Funnels, Reputation Management, and SaaS Mode functionality).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Zapier or Make.com; a solid understanding of logic-based automation.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A methodical approach to troubleshooting logic breaks and technical discrepancies.
- High Attention to Detail: A commitment to rigorous testing of every conditional branch, trigger link, and communication touchpoint.
- Foundational IT Knowledge: Familiarity with domain management and API integrations.
- Communication: Ability to document technical processes clearly and collaborate effectively with leadership.
