Hey everyone! This is Thai Viapiana from CI&T's Talent Attraction Team :)

We are looking for a Senior Data Architect who will be the leader that turns ideas into great data systems using the latest technology. Your goal is to improve the reliability of our data systems and help make everyone's work go more smoothly. You will be a guide for newer team members, teaching them to grow in their roles.

You will collaborate with different teams to ensure our data setup works well for everyone, explaining complicated data concepts in simple terms. You must be skilled in using our technology tools and programming languages, and you should be good at guiding the team through updates and changes. In short, you're the key person who will elevate our data capabilities and keep our team learning and thinking in new ways.

Requirements for this Challenge:

Proficient in SQL and Python (or PySpark) for data manipulation and analysis.

Extensive experience with the Databricks platform is essential.

Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Data Factory.

Strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance practices, including cataloging and lineage tracking.

Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.

Experience with sales-related predictive models is a plus.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication of complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
