Job Description

This is for our client, Anthropic

• Focus on reviewing customer signals and user exchanges related to targeting, tracking, and surveillance
• Enforce workflows and policy guidelines;
• Collaborate with Strategy Analysts, Policy Managers, and Threat Intelligence Investigators on emerging trends, policy gaps, and classifier refinement; weekly reporting; customer appeals; surge review support.

Qualifications

• Have experience with Targeting, Tracking and Surveillance policy content
•  Are a quick learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
• Bonus: content moderation/Trust & Safety background, familiarity with digital platform policy enforcement, understanding of AI ethics.
