Dayforce Data Conversion Consultant (Short-Term Contract)

About the client

Imperial Cleaning is a leading U.S.-based facilities services company currently implementing Dayforce as its new Human Resources Information System (HRIS). As part of the implementation, the company is migrating employee and payroll data from iSolved into Dayforce and is looking for an experienced consultant to help accelerate the data conversion process.

Role Overview

We're looking for a consultant with hands-on Dayforce implementation experience to support a short-term data conversion project. Rather than leading the implementation, you'll focus on transforming employee and payroll data from iSolved into the required Dayforce import templates, helping the internal HR team stay on track during a critical phase of the implementation.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked extensively with Dayforce data imports and enjoys solving HRIS data migration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Convert employee and payroll data from iSolved into Dayforce import templates.
• Review raw HRIS exports and transform data into the required Dayforce format.
• Validate data mappings and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Collaborate with the client's HR and payroll team to clarify data requirements.
• Deliver completed Dayforce templates ready for import and review.
• Communicate progress, questions, and potential data issues throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with at least one full Dayforce implementation.
• Experience working with Dayforce data import templates and HRIS data migration.
• Experience converting and mapping employee and payroll data between HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability to collaborate with a U.S.-based team during Eastern Time business hours when needed.
