IVR Business Analyst (Google CCAI Migration) *HIRING ASAP*

Business Analyst (BA) | IVR Migration Project / Google CES

We are looking for multiple BAs to help with the migration of IVR functionality and has a significant backlog of stories to address.

Required Skills and Experience:

1.     Experience with IVR systems and voice platforms - Candidates should have experience working with IVR systems and voice platforms. While Google-based experience is preferred, it is not strictly required.

2.     Understanding of call flows and requirements - The BA needs to be able to read call flows, understand requirements, and build test stories and validation based on them.

3.     Proficiency in writing and reading requirements - Strong experience in building, writing, and reading requirements is essential.

4.     Telecom industry experience - Experience in the telecom industry would be a plus

5.     Familiarity with Jira - The team uses Jira for documentation and tracking, so familiarity with this tool is required.

6.     Focus on requirements gathering and UAT - The primary responsibilities include gathering requirements, submitting user stories, assessing opportunities for volume reduction, working with UX designers on end-to-end experiences, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

7.     Validation of delivered product - The BA will be responsible for ensuring that the delivered product matches the requirements, including manual testing, identifying defects, and suggesting remediations.

8.     Test case creation - The BA may be involved in creating test cases, either by modifying existing ones or building their own.

9.     Independent work and understanding of context - The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, understand the broader context of what is being delivered, and not rely heavily on others for validation.

Project Overview

The customer is seeking Business Analysts to support the migration of IVR functionality. The team has a significant backlog of stories that require requirements analysis, documentation, validation, testing support, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
