Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in fluent Italian to clients using FinTech platforms, including digital banking applications, e-wallets, and online payment systems.
• Assist customers with account setup, verification processes, transaction queries, and the troubleshooting of digital financial services.
• Guide Italian-speaking users through onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience in line with FinTech industry regulations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory).
• A strong interest in or prior experience within the FinTech, financial services, banking, or payments industry is highly advantageous.
• Previous customer service, contact centre, or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Confident working knowledge of digital tools, CRM platforms, and online financial products.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication purposes.
