About the Role

As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an important role in helping customers and ensuring they receive professional and friendly support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Understanding customer requests and providing effective solutions.
• Creating positive customer experiences through every interaction.
• Using company systems and tools to manage requests accurately.
• Collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds in an international environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Full training will be provided.
