Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot basic technical concerns related to consumer electronics purchases, escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist team when necessary.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted exclusively in Italian.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to reside and work within Greece is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or a consumer electronics environment is highly desirable.
