What You'll Do:
As the IT Systems & Project Coordinator, you will plan, support, and coordinate a variety of technology systems and projects across the organization. This position will work with systems including CRM, Power BI, Work Flows, and inspection tracking platforms while supporting data integrity, reporting, system development, and end-user needs. You will
have the opportunity to work on a variety of technology initiatives and play an important role in helping a rapidly growing organization improve and expand its technology capabilities.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
• Supports and coordinates ongoing technology projects involving CRM, Power BI, inspection tracking systems, and other business technology platforms to ensure accurate and available data.
• Maintains, supports, and enhances business systems and flow to ensure they are functioning effectively and meeting organizational needs.
• Develops and maintains reporting and dashboards to provide accurate, useful information for business decision making.
• Utilizes advanced SQL skills to access, analyze, organize, and maintain data while supporting strong data integrity across business systems.
• Provides internal user support and troubleshooting to assist employees with technology systems, applications, and reporting tools.
• Identifies opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting, and overall technology functionality.
• Coordinates with internal users, leadership, and outside program development resources to understand needs, communicate requirements, and move technology projects forward.
• Monitors system and data issues, researches root causes, and works proactively to develop and implement solutions with outside resources, where applicable.
• Maintains a strong understanding of how business systems interact and ensures information is accurate, reliable, and accessible to users.
Position Requirements:
• Education: Associates degree in IT/Software, Hardware/Network and devices. Relevant education, training, or equivalent experience in information technology, computer systems, data analytics, or a related field would be beneficial.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working with business information systems, reporting, databases, or technology projects required.
• Certifications: Microsoft Office certifications would be a plus.
• Functional Skills: Strong proficiency in the installation, configuration, maintenance, problem-solving, and service of various IT/database elements. Strong understanding of establishing, administering, and securing user-access and security within various programs. Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills are also required. Ability to multi-task and get things done is crucial. Strong analytical, attention to details, and problemsolving skills; ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions; ability to
coordinate projects and work effectively with internal teams and outside development resources.
• Technology Skills: Advanced SQL, Visual Basic not required equivalent language proficiency acceptable C#, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, , Domain Administration, and Microsoft Office skills required; experience with Power BI, CRM systems, inspection tracking systems, reporting tools, and other business technology platforms preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users; ability to work effectively with users, leadership, and external development vendors.
• Leadership/ Behaviors: Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of technology issues and projects to deliver excellence; collaborative and approachable; demonstrates strong follow-through; able to work independently while knowing when to involve others; ability to handle confidential information; committed to generating and maintaining accurate data and delivering reliable technology solutions.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Based on proven expertise.
And, the compensation will grow as the business grows!
Reports To: CEO
Core Hours: 8 hours between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Typical Work Week: Monday through Friday; some weekend work on tight projects occasionally
