Talentuch specializes in complex, senior, and technology-driven hiring, including Microsoft Dynamics, software engineering, product, sales, and operations roles.

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter based in Mexico to collaborate with Talentuch on a long-term B2B contractor basis.

This is not an employment position. You will provide recruitment services to Talentuch as an independent contractor. You must be able to legally provide and invoice professional services as a self-employed/independent contractor in Mexico or work with Talentuch through an approved freelance platform.

What You'll Do

• Manage technical and non-technical vacancies from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple vacancies.
• Follow up proactively with candidates and hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and other recruitment metrics.
• Provide recruitment updates and pipeline statistics.
• Proactively match available candidates with relevant openings across Talentuch clients.
• Identify recruitment challenges and recommend solutions.
• Take ownership of your vacancies and drive them toward successful placement.

Types of Projects You'll Work On

Talentuch Recruitment Projects

You may manage vacancies for several Talentuch clients, taking ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, client submission, and offer acceptance.

Managed Recruiter Projects

You may provide recruitment services directly within a Talentuch client's project. In this model, you collaborate with the client's hiring managers and TA/HR teams and work with their vacancies, recruitment systems, processes, and priorities.

This gives you exposure to different companies, international markets, hiring models, and recruitment challenges rather than limiting you to one type of search.

Compensation

Your contractor compensation consists of:

Fixed Monthly Fee + KPI Bonus + Placement Bonuses

Your fixed monthly fee and KPI bonus depend on your experience and recruiter level.

Monthly compensation can reach up to $1,600 at 100% KPI achievement, before placement bonuses.

Placement bonuses are paid on top of this amount for successful hires.

For Contingency placements, you receive 10% of the recruitment fee collected by Talentuch.

For example, if your placement generates a $7,560 recruitment fee for Talentuch, your placement bonus is $756.

Additional placement bonuses are available for successful hires with our Subscription/Engagement clients.

The compensation model is designed to reward recruiters who maintain strong pipelines, meet their targets, and successfully close vacancies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical recruitment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment from sourcing through placement.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Confidence communicating directly with international hiring managers.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and effectively present opportunities.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with US-based clients and candidates and maintaining agreed availability during US business hours.
• Professional work environment for conducting video interviews.
• Ability to legally provide and invoice services as an independent contractor/self-employed professional in Mexico or through an approved freelance platform.
