Who you are:

As an IT and Digital Product Owner III, you are our user experience champion. In this role, you’ll provide technical and functional input to design, maintain, build, integrate, and test complex software components. You will use your innovative mindset, effective communication skills and desire to do better by constantly creating and improving the Frost user experience. You are not afraid to ask the question why and thrive in a collaborative environment. You believe in servant leadership and will work with development teams to optimize workflow and deliver top-quality products on time.  

What you’ll do: 

• Provide technical and functional input to design, maintain, build, integrate, and test complex software components.
• Constantly create and improve the user experience.
• Work with development teams to optimize workflow and deliver top-quality products on time.
• Lead product ownership team in executing complex roadmaps, interpreting requirements, and writing user stories to guide development within applications.
• Coordinate with the development team to define and iterate the product based on the strategy.
• Ensure development team workflow is optimized so that product is delivered in a timely manner.
• Resolve and prevent against future issues in the development process to ensure requirements are met
• Partner with product manager by socializing solutions and seeking feedback to help meet deliverables
• Provide guidance and leadership to other Product Owners across the enterprise.
• Take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience:

• 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital space.
• 4 years of experience in product ownership or product management of a digital product or platform end-to-end, including defining the vision and roadmap, capturing business requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and QA to deliver iterative value.
• 4 years of experience in customer experience management, engaging with end-users and business stakeholders to gather feedback, define customer journeys, and improve product usability and adoption.
• 4 years of experience in business analysis, documenting current-state and future-state processes, writing user stories or acceptance criteria, and performing gap analysis to ensure business requirements are met.
• 4 years of experience in banking, finance, or in a related product area.
• 2 years of experience in Microsoft computer applications including using PowerPoint and excel to design visually appealing decks using SmartArt, transitions, embedded media, and custom layouts, and using functions including IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and building summary reports.
