We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

This role balances transactional execution and structured program delivery. In partnership with Talent Management, you will manage the full lifecycle of internal executive placements while contributing to broader process improvements that strengthen how internal placements are delivered globally. Success in this role is demonstrated through accurate workflow execution, timely and accurate placement completion, and clearly defined, measurable process improvements.

You will work closely with Talent Management, Executive Recruiters, Researchers, Coordinators, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Mobility, and Legal to keep internal executive moves on track across systems, timelines, and compliance requirements. You will support improvements to the executive candidate experience from offer through onboarding by helping streamline handoffs, clarify roles, and reduce operational friction. Your work will help deliver a more consistent and efficient experience for senior internal candidates by minimizing delays, reducing ambiguity, and ensuring strong execution at every stage.

What you will do

Deliver internal executive placement execution

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to internal executive movements by updating and validating information in recruitment and HR systems, including status, approvals, compliance requirements, and start dates
  • Monitor each stage of execution and intervene when delays or gaps are identified

Coordinate cross-functional activities

  • Align execution steps: Coordinate actions across Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Legal, and Mobility teams to complete each placement
  • Proactively resolve outstanding actions to ensure placements close within agreed timelines
  • Apply Talent Management policies and strategic direction to ensure internal executive moves are executed with consistency and compliance and in alignment with broader leadership and succession objectives
  • Centralized focal point from approval for offer/close for internal movements

Support program and process improvements

  • Apply project frameworks: Structure process improvement initiatives using defined frameworks with clear milestones, deliverables, and owners
  • Map workflows: Document and refine hand-off points between Talent Management, HR Business Partners and Recruitment to avoid delays
  • Track improvement initiatives: Monitor progress of operational changes such as system enhancements or policy updates

Ensure compliance and confidentiality

  • Validate governance requirements: Confirm each executive movement meets internal policies and regional regulatory requirements
  • Protect sensitive data: Manage all information related to executive moves with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols

Enable a structured and consistent experience

  • Deliver consistent processes: Ensure each internal executive move follows standardized workflows and defined timelines
  • Provide operational updates: Share clear status updates with stakeholders based on system data and milestone tracking
  • Capture operational insights: Collect and summarize post-placement data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
