HIRING: VA Coach/GHL Training Specialist 



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VA Coach / GHL Training Specialist to lead and develop aspiring Virtual Assistants through structured training programs. If you have extensive GoHighLevel (GHL) experience, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed, this role is for you!



Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct live online training sessions for Virtual Assistant trainees

  • Deliver training on GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM management, lead generation, appointment setting, and related VA functions

  • Assign practical exercises, assessments, and learning activities to trainees

  • Review trainee outputs and provide timely, constructive feedback

  • Monitor trainee progress and identify areas for improvement

  • Evaluate candidates based on technical proficiency, communication skills, and overall readiness for client placement

  • Conduct mock discovery calls and practical assessments

  • Prepare individual trainee scorecards and performance evaluations

  • Identify and nominate top-performing candidates from each training batch

  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and candidate profiles

  • Provide recommendations to improve training materials, processes, and SOPs



Qualifications




  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM management, workflows, automations, pipelines, and campaigns

  • Previous experience as a Trainer, Coach, Team Leader, Operations Manager, or similar role is a plus

  • Strong English communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively mentor, motivate, and develop trainees

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

  • Experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or Virtual Assistant operations is an advantage

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace



Compensation




  • ₱15,000 flat fee per completed 10-day training batch (our goal is to facilitate 2 training batches per month)



Schedule




  • Monday to Friday

  • 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM PH Time (Live Training Sessions)

  • Additional 1–2 hours daily for trainee evaluations, feedback, and quality assurance

  • Estimated commitment: 3–4 hours per day
