The role involves leading the design, development, and testing of intelligent automation solutions using UiPath while serving as a technical bridge between project managers and clients. You will conduct business process analysis, manage architectural decisions, and produce client-ready technical documentation.

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting an experienced Intelligent Automation (IA) UiPath Developer (Senior Consultant) with a Top Secret Clearance. The ideal candidate will have a blend of Development and project management skills, with experience working in an agile environment with UiPath and PowerAutomate. They should have a strong background in financial management processes and automation, exceptional client consultation abilities, robust documentation skills, and fundamental financial management knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Provide the technical connection between project managers and developers by clearly communicating business functional issues to clients and internal staff
Conduct business process and requirements analysis and advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies
Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management
Lead, build, test, and deliver intelligent automation solutions using industry leading vendor technologies, specifically UiPath
Produce technical architecture, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
Develop new concepts and methodologies to improve people, procedures, and information technology solutions
Provide the technical connection between project managers and developers by clearly communicating business functional issues to clients and internal staff
Develop client-ready deliverables related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / Intelligent Automation
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; or equivalent experience
Experience working with Federal government and Department of Defense clients is highly preferred.
Ability to design, build, test and deploy desktop or server/ cloud hosted automations in UiPath to support various clients
UiPath “RPA Associate” Certification - Optional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
U.S. Federal government consulting experience
Experience with business process design, process reengineering, process mapping projects
Experience with UiPath platform (Document Understanding, Orchestrator, Process Mining, etc.)
