Job Description

The Insurance Operations and Servicing Associate III is responsible for executing processing across multiple workflows and resolving routine exceptions. This individual guides peers on procedures and completes high-volume data entry while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with carriers, agencies, and lenders to close information gaps on standard cases.
  • Contributes to job aids by identifying unclear steps and proposing clarifications to leads.
  • Prioritizes workload to meet productivity and audits requirements across assigned workflows.
  • Performs targeted quality reviews of peer work and provides actionable feedback to improve accuracy.
  • Researches and resolves routine exceptions and documents actions taken and outcomes in the system of record.
  • Shares best practices and provides day-to-day guidance to newer employees on procedures and quality checks.
  • Processes multi-step documentation queues and compares extracted data to source documents and resolves discrepancies.

    Compensation

    Compensation offered for this role is 18.61 - 27.77 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
