Instructional Designer – Business Reporting & Performance Training

We're looking for Instructional Designers with proven experience in delivering training programs focused on business reporting, operational dashboards, and performance measurement.

Our client has been operating internationally  for 21 years and has consolidated business products & services across multiple companies. The instructional designers will be expected to offer implementation of marketing & sales data management & reporting. Also to train and quality check the companies operating cycles personnel primarily marketing & sales.

In this role, you are expected to demonstrate your know-how of AI driven tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), BambooHR and open source AI such as ChatGPT, Gemini & Claude.  You'll work closely with Senior Management  to transform existing frameworks into practical, engaging training content and dashboards. You will be expected to train our sales & marketing personnel to be able to manage these reporting frameworks on a daily basis and to improve operational performance and decision-making in the process. 

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Quantitative & Qualitative Data Management & reporting 
• Knowledgeable about Sales & Marketing key performance indicators. 
• Capacity to interpret existing  data & to transform it into business intelligence. 
• Ability of using optimally AI driven tools in Sales & marketing data management & reporting
• Design and develop  instructor-led training focused on business reporting and optimizing operational performance primarily in sales & marketing.
• Create comprehensive training programs covering daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across multiple business functions.
• Develop reporting training for Sales & Marketing Performance and other operational cycles as required.

• Convert reporting SOPs, KPIs, workflows, and business processes into practical engaging training materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Reporting Instructional Designer.
• Proven experience in reporting related training especially in sales & marketing operations cycle. 
• Experience in creating & delivering instructor-led reporting training of Sales & Marketing personnel.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, dashboards, and business reporting especially in Sales & Marketing operating cycles.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools mainly  Canva and power point. Other AI driven training instruction tools will be considered as an asset.
• Experience in using performance assessment tools (such as scorecards) to measure ongoing sales & marketing personnel reporting and progress.  
• Excellent English communication and instructional writing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and SME collaboration skills.
