Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr + $5-$20 Bonus for every meeting that you set (Tiered system)

Shift:1:00pm - 9:00pm (3 days during the week, get to pick your days off) + Saturday (9:00am - 5:00pm) & Sunday (10:45am - 5:00pm)

Responsibilities

· Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with

· Offer helpful solutions to customer’s home improvement needs

· Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow ups

· Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team

Qualifications

· B2C or B2B or Customer Service experience.

· 1-2 Years of inbound/outbound calling.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

· Excellent phone etiquette.

· Strong listening and conversational skills.

· Ability to set and achieve goals.

· Availability between 8am and 8 pm M-F, 9am to 3pm Saturday, and 11am to 5pm Sunday.
