Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands

Responsible for researching, booking, and coordinating event calendars and home shows to generate leads for home improvement products. This includes negotiating terms with show directors and communicating logistics to local office teams.

Lead the BI and Data Engineering teams to modernize the analytics platform by migrating to Databricks Apps and integrating AI-assisted development. Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders to translate marketing KPIs into scalable BI solutions and contribute to the company's Data Governance panel.
