Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative drives profitable revenue growth across assigned product lines by proactively managing sales territories and executing strategic sales plans. This role involves conducting outbound and in-bound sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative also supports brand visibility and market presence by participating in external marketing initiatives, including trade shows, educational events, and key customer visits.

You will partner with customer service, accounting and additional sales team members.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Do:
Sales Execution & Business Development
Manage a portfolio of developing and opportunistic accounts while actively prospecting for new business.
Conduct strategic outbound sales calls, often aligned with targeted marketing initiatives over defined periods (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Work on multiple sales projects while consistently calling and nurturing a core list of accounts.
Apply a variety of closing techniques based on the objectives and end goals of each project.
Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and outbound activity targets, including telesales call volumes.
Marketing Collaboration & Sales Operations
Provide feedback to support the development of effective marketing and sales promotions.
Execute, track, and report on promotional initiatives.
Maintain accurate, timely customer and account information within internal systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales, preferred.
Two years prior experience and demonstrated success in a sales role; prior telesales experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of sales cycle; knowledge of selling best practices and techniques.
Knowledge of dental landscape a plus.
Compensation: $25/hr with commissions
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Office/Remote Environment
This position is based in an office environment and is primarily sedentary in nature. It requires regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Some roles may involve wearing a headset and sustained computer use for 8 or more hours per day. Employees may be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, and occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
