Influencer Marketing team is a fast-moving, data-driven group of campaign strategists, creator partnerships managers, and performance marketers. We're driving cultural relevance and growth across our cybersecurity suite products, such as NordVPN, Saily, Coveron and other brands.

We’re looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive influencer campaigns, with a strong focus on YouTube. This is a performance-driven role where ROAS is the primary KPI. You’ll own a monthly revenue target, have full visibility into your results, and directly impact marketing performance in a team where strong results are recognized and rewarded.

Main Responsibilities

• Own a quarterly billings target and consistently hit or exceed it through effective campaign planning and execution.

• Build and maintain creator relationships across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Identify and engage new influencers, respond to inbound leads, and negotiate rates and terms to maximize ROI and billings.

• Run paid social campaigns using influencer-generated content (IGC), including whitelisting, dark posting, and performance optimization.

• Track your pipeline and revenue performance weekly, owning your results and learning from performance.

• Manage campaign operations, including reporting, invoicing, budget tracking, and performance analytics.

• Explore growth opportunities through market research, new market strategies, industry trends, and creative campaign ideas.

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align influencer strategies across channels.

Core Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing with a focus on influencer marketing.

• Results-driven mindset — you're motivated by targets, and measurable outcomes are what drive you.

• Previous experience owning a revenue, billings, or sales KPI is a strong plus.

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue.

• Ability to analyze data and present the results.

• Proven track record with YouTube/Instagram campaigns, including hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations.

• Fluent in English and Italian.

• You stay up-to-date with YouTube's/Instagram's top creators and can name a few favorites.
