Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve revenue budget.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships through joint planning, routine business reviews and collaborative execution.
  • Engage at the KDM level to support key initiatives as well as send users through strategic selling and project driven execution.
  • Use CRM to enter and track sales pipeline activity.
  • Perform other sales duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field
  • Experience working in Industrial Distribution, abrasive experience a plus
  • 3+ years' experience in inside or outside sales or similar role
  • Reside within 1 hour of an International Airport
  • Utilize verbal and written communication effectively to ensure customer needs are consistently met in a timely manner
  • Ability to reach key decision makers and gain business
  • Ability to network and develop relationships
  • Operate within the sales process and align with organizational strategy
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Power BI)
