We're looking for an Inbound Lead Specialist to be the first point of contact for inbound leads at a fast-moving private lending company. When a borrower fills out a lead form, your job is to call them back immediately, qualify them quickly, and flag the right opportunities to the deal team. Speed is the entire point of this role.
This is not a traditional SDR or closing role. You are a lead filter and first responder. You will screen inbound leads, manage follow-up cadences in HubSpot, and surface qualified prospects to senior lenders who take it from there. The schedule is non-negotiable: this role requires availability 7 days a week from 10 AM to 10 PM Eastern Time. Leads that come in on a Saturday afternoon need to be called on a Saturday afternoon. If you are a strong communicator, highly responsive by nature, and comfortable working a flexible but consistent extended schedule, this role is a strong fit.
Why You'll Want to Join
- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
- Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This role requires availability 7 days a week, 10 AM to 10 PM US Eastern Time
- Work directly with senior lenders at a high-volume private lending operation closing deals in days, not weeks
- Clear, structured role with defined responsibilities and a direct line to leadership
What You'll Work On
Inbound Lead Response
- Call inbound leads immediately when they submit a lead form, targeting a response time of under 5 minutes whenever possible
- Conduct a brief qualifying conversation to assess the lead's deal type, timeline, loan amount, and fit
- Flag qualified leads to the senior lending team with a concise summary of the opportunity
- Screen out unqualified leads professionally and maintain a positive brand impression throughout every interaction
Follow-Up and CRM Management
- Manage structured follow-up cadences in HubSpot for leads that do not respond on first contact, following up the next day, three days later, and one week later
- Log all call activity, lead notes, and follow-up tasks accurately in HubSpot at all times
- Keep the CRM clean, current, and organized so the deal team always has full visibility into the pipeline
- Handle basic administrative tasks within HubSpot as needed
Relationship Development
- Identify and build relationships with a targeted group of brokers and realtors who are consistent sources of quality deal flow
- Maintain regular, professional follow-up with warm contacts to stay top of mind
What You Bring
- 3 or more years of SDR, lead response, appointment setting, or inbound sales experience in any industry
- Native or near-native English fluency with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence — this is a phone-first role
- Proficiency with HubSpot for CRM management, task creation, and follow-up tracking
- Highly responsive by nature with the ability to pick up and act on inbound notifications quickly throughout the day
- Available to work 7 days a week from 10 AM to 10 PM Eastern Time — this schedule is a hard requirement and the most critical factor for this role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-up cadences across multiple leads simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Professional, calm, and personable on the phone across a wide range of prospect types
Nice to Have
- Spanish language fluency, spoken and written, for communicating with Spanish-speaking leads
- Background in real estate, mortgage, lending, or financial services
- Experience working a 7-day coverage schedule in a prior role
- Familiarity with real estate investment terminology including DSCR, bridge loans, fix and flip, and construction loans
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your updated resume
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your inbound lead response or SDR experience, and explaining how you would manage a situation where multiple leads come in simultaneously on a Saturday afternoon
Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
If you are fast, reliable, professional on the phone, and genuinely available 7 days a week, this role gives you a straightforward mandate and the direct access to leadership to do your best work.
