We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team, focusing on Recruitment and Organizational Development. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of HR, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee development, and team coordination. You will work closely with our HR team, supporting various initiatives and contributing to the success of our talent management strategies

Responsibilities


  • Participate in professional development activities such as 1:1 meetings and 360° feedback sessions, with supervision and support from senior team members.

  • Assist in the coordination, organization, documentation, and follow-up of HR processes, ensuring clear communication with team members.

  • Attend planning meetings and report on progress and tasks assigned.

  • Plan and coordinate simple team-building activities and other engagement initiatives.

  • Support sourcing efforts for recruitment, with prior training and guidance.

  • Assist in conducting initial interviews under supervision and with prior training.



Requirements

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

  • Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

  • Strong desire to learn and complete relevant training or courses.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Nice to have: Conversational English (not mandatory but a plus).
