Senior HR Business Partner (6-Month Contract)
We are seeking a senior, adaptable, and collaborative HR Business Partner (Contract) to support our North America and EMEA Sales organizations during a critical period of growth, transformation, and organizational development. This is a 6-month contract position focused on partnering with sales leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change initiatives across multiple regions.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to sales executives and frontline leaders, working closely with Talent Advisory, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and broader HR Centers of Excellence to support business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, and brings deep expertise in supporting commercial and revenue-generating teams.
What You'll Do:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to NA and EMEA Sales leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives, revenue growth, and organizational priorities.
- Partner with sales leadership to assess organizational effectiveness, team structure, workforce planning, and talent needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
- Support succession planning and organizational design initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Deliver practical HR solutions that enable commercial teams to achieve business goals.
Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes across the sales organization.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create development strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Support organizational restructuring, role alignment, and headcount planning activities as needed.
- Utilize workforce data and analytics to provide recommendations and actionable insights.
Change Management & Transformation
- Lead and support change management initiatives impacting the sales organization.
- Guide leaders through organizational change, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and adoption of new processes.
- Partner with key stakeholders to execute transformation initiatives while minimizing business disruption.
- Support integration and alignment efforts across North America and EMEA teams.
Leadership Development
- Coach sales leaders at multiple levels on leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives that build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Support managers in building accountability, performance excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition Partnership
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring strategies for key sales roles.
- Support workforce planning and talent forecasting efforts.
- Partner with hiring leaders on organizational needs, candidate assessment, and market insights.
- Ensure alignment between recruiting efforts and broader business objectives.
Global Collaboration
- Partner effectively across North America and EMEA to ensure consistency in people practices while respecting regional requirements.
- Work closely with regional leadership teams to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR peers and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable and effective solutions across geographies.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the sales organization.
Private Equity Environment
- Operate effectively in a PE-backed environment, balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
- Support productivity, organizational effectiveness, and value-creation initiatives.
- Partner with business and finance leaders on workforce metrics, organizational planning, and headcount management.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, Commercial, Go-to-Market, or Customer-facing organizations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior and executive leaders in high-growth environments.
- Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Proven change management and transformation experience.
- Experience supporting multi-country or global teams, preferably across North America and EMEA.
- Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging workforce data to guide decision making.
- Experience working within a private equity-backed or high-growth technology organization preferred.
