Role Overview

As our HubSpot Certified CRM Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind smarter systems, cleaner data, and automations that make work easier for everyone. From optimizing HubSpot to connecting business-critical platforms, you'll help marketing and sales teams spend less time managing systems—and more time growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Design and improve workflows, automations, forms, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Maintain CRM data quality through segmentation, contact management, and data hygiene.
  • Support integrations between HubSpot and platforms such as Klaviyo, Airtable, and other business systems.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and implement system improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Document CRM processes and provide guidance on HubSpot best practices.
  • Monitor HubSpot product updates and maintain active certification.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Active HubSpot Certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub administration.
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and CRM reporting.
  • Knowledge of CRM data management, segmentation, and data hygiene.
  • Experience supporting HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Klaviyo, Airtable, or similar business applications.
  • Experience driving CRM process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting marketing and sales enablement through CRM automation and reporting.
