The HRIS Workflow & Reporting Analyst will design, build, and maintain automated HRIS workflows and business processes to support HR, Payroll, and Finance operations. They will also develop reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and system compliance across platforms.

You Will:
- Design, build, and maintain automated HRIS workflows and business processes that support HR, Payroll and Finance operations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and optimize end-to-end system workflows.
- Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows to streamline HRIS-Finance processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate periodic planning sessions and workshops with Alteryx design team and cross-functional stakeholders to support the tracking and progress of workflow design projects.
- Develop and distribute HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and data extracts for audits, compliance, leadership review, and business planning.
- Manage and fulfill data report requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support master data management by ensuring HRIS tables, hierarchy structures, and key identifiers are correctly mapped and aligned across HR, Payroll, and Finance platforms.
- Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation.
- Manage system upgrades, and the testing and implementation of new features related to workflows or reporting functionality.
- Identify and track system or related process issues, including documenting contingencies that occur during the entire course for a proper audit trail of resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to HR and end users on workflow usage and report access.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal controls across systems and processes.
- Monitor deliverables and timelines, proactively flagging risks and delays, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project requirements, workflow diagrams, test plans, and outcomes.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or IT is preferred.
- 4 Years of HRIS experience, including core table structure, interface layouts, and system implementation.
- 2 Years of Alteryx Designer experience (Alteryx Advanced Certification preferred)
- Proficient in ADP applications and report writer.
- SQL knowledge in table management and data extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong project management skills with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision while maintaining organization and preserving strict confidentiality of all information.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interact in a professional manner with various functions and levels within the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (v-lookups and complex formulas).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in demanding, dynamic fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
