The HRIS Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, resolving routine HR inquiries and managing service cases. They are responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, supporting HR systems like ADP, and routing complex issues to specialists to ensure a seamless employee experience.

We're seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented HRIS Services Coordinator – ONE HR Services (Tier 1) to join our growing HR team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple states and affiliates, helping deliver an exceptional HR experience through our centralized ONE HR service model.

As an HRIS Services Coordinator – ONE HR Services (Tier 1), you will:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR support through ONE HR Services
• Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, forms, benefits, employment information, and HR systems
• Resolve routine HR questions at first contact whenever possible
• Create, update, document, and close HR service cases accurately and timely
• Maintain ownership of employee inquiries through resolution or approved handoff
• Assist employees with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, HR portal, and general HR system questions
• Route complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist while ensuring a seamless employee experience
• Protect confidential employee information and maintain compliance with privacy requirements
• Utilize knowledge articles, SOPs, and service resources to provide consistent guidance
• Monitor open cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Identify recurring trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience
• Participate in service improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and process optimization efforts
• Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives, acquisitions, and organizational growth activities

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in HR, HR operations, employee services, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience supporting HR service centers or shared services environments
• Experience using HRIS, case management, ticketing, call center, or service management systems
• Experience with ADP or other HR technology platforms
• Knowledge of human resources practices and employee support processes
• Full-Time
• Standard business hours with flexibility based on operational needs
• Occasional support during enterprise initiatives, implementation activities, or special projects
• Remote and multi-state support environment
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
