Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Colleague Engagement & Experience is responsible for the execution of the Colleague Engagement strategy. This includes partnering with Talent Management leadership and team members on the design, coordination, execution, and evaluation of enterprise-wide colleague engagement and experience initiatives that strengthen ArchWell Health's culture, improve colleague satisfaction and retention, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
This role serves as a key member of the Talent Management team and is accountable for enterprise programs that foster a connected, informed, and engaged workforce. The Senior Analyst partners with leaders across Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions to create meaningful colleague experiences and ensure alignment with ArchWell Health's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
Primary areas of responsibility include colleague engagement programs, culture initiatives, enterprise and leadership communications, rewards and recognition programs, colleague incentives, enterprise town halls, colleague listening, and governance of the internal intranet. This role is a key partner in determining the colleague's digital experience across HR platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Colleague Engagement
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise colleague engagement strategies and programs as indicated as part of the TM strategy.
- Execute end to end, the colleague engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and other feedback mechanisms including recommendations to leadership and roll out of post survey actions.
- Own the survey vendor relationship and project plan, including fielding, respondent data, timeline, and results delivery.
- Analyze engagement data and identifies trends, opportunities, and areas of focus.
- Develop recommendations and action plans designed to improve engagement, retention, and overall colleague experience. Partners with TM leaders, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to support engagement action planning.
- Support State of the Team conversations and manager results briefings led by the HRBP as part of our strategic partnering approach.
Colleague Experience
- Consult on the design and enhancement of key colleague experiences throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve connection, communication, recognition, and engagement across the organization.
- Develop programs and initiatives in alignment with TM strategy that reinforce a positive, mission-driven workplace culture.
- Monitor colleague feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Culture Initiatives
- Bring forward recommendations on enterprise culture initiatives that reinforce organizational values, service excellence, and desired behaviors.
- Execute end to end, enterprise culture initiatives in alignment with TM strategy.
- Consult with HRBP and department leaders on center-level culture activity, providing frameworks, toolkits, and guidance rather than executing locally.
- Develop campaigns and experiences, in alignment with TM strategy, that promote organizational connection, belonging, and teamwork.
Recognition, Rewards, and Incentives
- Develop and manage enterprise recognition and appreciation programs in alignment with TM strategy.
- Develop strong recommendations for colleague rewards, incentive programs, and service milestone recognition efforts.
- Manages the recognition budget and serves as the consultative intake for recognition requests from leaders, assessing the problem to be solved, whether recognition is the right lever, and available funding before any campaign is built.
- Manages the colleague closet, including design, development, maintenance, and budget in alignment with TM strategy.
- Develop and manage recognition campaigns that reinforce organizational values and desired performance outcomes in alignment with TM strategy.
- Evaluates program effectiveness and identifies opportunities to improve participation, visibility, and impact.
Leader Communications
- Develop enterprise and leader communication materials and resources related to Talent Management initiatives, engagement efforts, and organizational priorities. Initiative-level communications are owned by the pillar that owns the initiative, using the established communication guidelines.
- Support executive and leadership communications associated with enterprise talent programs and colleague experience initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Town Halls
- Coordinate enterprise-wide town halls, leadership meetings, engagement events, and colleague forums.
- Manage planning, communication, logistics, content coordination, and post-event evaluations.
- Support executive presentations and materials for colleague-facing meetings and events.
- Identify opportunities and bring forward recommendations to improve participation, engagement, and overall event effectiveness.
Project Execution and Analytics
- Manage multiple colleague engagement and experience initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop and manage the project plans, implementation timelines, communication plans, and program metrics for assigned initiatives.
- Manage work to completion within the timelines to effectively reach completion, communicate needs, and advise the broader TM team of the planned work or deliverables.
- Track program effectiveness and prepare reports, and recommendations for TM leadership.
- Use data and colleague feedback to drive recommendations to TM leadership for continuous improvement and program enhancements.
- Supports annual Talent Management priorities and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in colleague engagement, colleague experience, internal communications, organizational development, culture programs, talent management, or a related Human Resources function.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide programs, communications, or engagement initiatives preferred.
- Experience with engagement surveys, recognition programs, , and digital communication platforms preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
