HR Generalist (People Operations & Workforce Reporting) - Remote, Philippines

Support a fast-growing U.S. healthcare team with hands-on HR operations, workforce reporting, and technology-driven process improvement. This is a practical, high-ownership role for an HR professional who is comfortable managing employee lifecycle work, keeping HR data accurate, building reports, and using modern tools to make people operations more organized and scalable.

You’ll step into a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working U.S. business hours and partnering directly with an experienced U.S.-based team.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day HR and people operations across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and workforce summaries
• Support onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and HR process improvements
• Own recurring workforce and headcount reports for leadership
• Maintain and update HR dashboards and reporting files
• Clean, validate, and reconcile employee data across systems
• Build Excel or Google Sheets reports using pivots, lookups, formulas, and related functions
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve HR workflows, analysis, and documentation
• Identify gaps in HR processes, reporting, and systems, then recommend practical improvements
• Support leadership with ad hoc HR reports and operational requests

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations roles
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience preparing HR or workforce reports
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfort working with HR technology, data, and automation
• Regular experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to HR operations and reporting
• Ability to work required U.S. business hours
• Must be based in the Philippines
