Involves identifying coding trends and discrepancies, providing feedback and training to coding staff, and monitoring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Conducts audits across departments to maintain coding consistency and quality, reports findings, and recommends corrective actions.

Supports continuous improvement by developing audit tools and tracking coding performance metrics.
