Position Overview

Are you fluent in Hebrew and looking to advance your career from anywhere in Portugal? We are seeking enthusiastic Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderators to join our international team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be supporting a world-leading platform, helping its global community of users enjoy a safe, seamless digital experience while maintaining online environment standards.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform safety, ensuring appropriate platform guidelines and policies are upheld. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Content Review & Policy Enforcement: Actively monitor and review user-generated content in Hebrew, verifying that all posted text, images, and media comply with community safety standards and trust policies.
  • Problem Solving: Take ownership of flagged content, user safety escalations, account permissions, and nuanced policy questions, delivering swift and accurate resolutions.
  • Data Accuracy: Record detailed moderation logs, document administrative decisions accurately, and update database entries across all internal tracking platforms.
  • Quality & Metrics: Strive to achieve and surpass target key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing heavily on moderation accuracy, operational speed, and service quality.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Location & Work Status: Must be strictly based in Portugal. You must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência). Please note: Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not available for this role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent level of Hebrew (both written and spoken) AND a solid B2 level of English to navigate training, internal systems, and communicate with international colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Full readiness to adopt rotative shift schedules (working 8 hours daily, 5 days per week) from your home office setup.
  • Tech Savviness: Strong computer skills, comfort handling multiple browser windows at once, and the ability to master web-based applications rapidly.
  • Soft Skills: Sharp critical thinking, rigorous attention to detail, objective judgment, and active listening capabilities.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or online operations is nice to have, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for success!

Salary & Package

  • Salary: 1,767 EUR gross per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Work Setup: 100% remote working environment within Portugal
  • Hardware: All required hardware and work equipment will be delivered directly to your address in Portugal
