The Role

We're hiring recruiters who love relationship-driven work and want to collaborate with AI tools - and with the technologists building them. Automation handles sourcing, screening, and repetitive tasks so you can focus on conversations, judgment, and closing great matches.


What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians and understand their goals.

  • Use Adept's matching engine to find high-fit roles quickly.

  • Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure fast, flawless starts.

  • Support redeployment and long-term clinician success.
