Head of SEO Affiliates

We need a deal-maker with an active webmaster network to lead our SEO affiliate unit. You will identify high-converting traffic sources, negotiate win-win placements, and scale our affiliate footprint across global markets.

In this role, you will:

• Unit Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the scaling strategy for the SEO affiliate direction; take full ownership of departmental KPIs, unit economics, and budget allocation.

• Partner Hunting & Onboarding: Proactively search, negotiate with, and onboard new SEO affiliates, webmasters, niche career sites, and educational platforms.

• Pre-Deal Evaluation: Rigorously evaluate media placements and affiliate sites before closing deals (analyzing traffic quality, domain authority, user intent, unit economics, and ROI).

• Performance & Economics Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign metrics, optimize commission models (CPA, CPL, Hybrid), and eliminate fraud or low-quality traffic.

• Networking & Industry Presence: Leverage your existing professional network and represent the company at key international affiliate and SEO events to sign top publishers.
  
  
  Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing an affiliate unit, with a dedicated focus on SEO affiliates.

• Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of SEO affiliate mechanics, deal structuring, partner onboarding, and research methods.

• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze prospective traffic placements, evaluate economics, and forecast performance metrics before finalizing contracts.

• Established Network: An active, strong network of SEO affiliates/webmasters and regular attendance at major affiliate and SEO industry conferences.
