Alison.ai, the industry leading creative analytics platform, is looking for our Head of North America to lead and build our NA business from the ground up. This is a founder mode commercial leadership role for someone who has lived inside the advertising ecosystem at scale, knows the agency and brand side buyers personally, and is ready to build an operation rather than join one.

You will own the NA market end to end: pipeline, revenue, partnerships, hiring, and presence in market.

Alison.ai connects every creative decision brands and agencies make directly to media performance, ROAS and auction outcomes. We work with global brands, agency groups and platform partners across EMEA, APAC and North America.


What You'll Do

  • Build and own the NA commercial strategy and revenue plan
  • Run the full sales cycle yourself: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close B2B deals with agencies and brand advertisers across verticals (CPG, retail, finance, tech, gaming, DTC, travel, and more)
  • Open the NA market, set the operational foundations, and hire the team behind you
  • Represent Alison externally at industry events, with clients, and with partners
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across the big holdcos, mid sized agencies, brand advertisers and platform partners
  • Work closely with the global teams in Tel Aviv and London on product, marketing, and delivery, so NA clients are looked after at the highest level

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or sales, with a meaningful portion of that time spent in one or more of the following: Ad sales, partnerships or commercial leadership at a major ad platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, Snap, etc) / Senior commercial or growth leadership inside one of the big holdcos or a mid sized agency / Senior commercial role at an adtech, martech or creative tech vendor selling into agencies and brands
  • A current, active network across NA agencies and advertisers that you can pick up the phone to from week one
  • A track record of closing complex B2B deals at six and seven figure ACVs
  • Comfort owning full sales cycles personally, not just managing a team that does it
  • Genuine startup conviction. You understand that upside in a role like this comes from building, not from corporate style guarantees

  • Experience standing up a regional operation from scratch
  • Existing executive relationships across the holdcos and major brand advertisers
  • Familiarity with creative intelligence, ad measurement, creative production, or platform algorithm dynamics


Compensation and Terms

We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises later:

  • Competitive base salary, benchmarked to the NA market for a role at this level
  • Commission tied directly to NA revenue delivered, paid on a defined cycle
  • ESOP participation in a fast growing, well backed company. Standard market vesting: four years total, with a one year cliff, then quarterly vesting thereafter. Vesting starts from your employment start date
  • Founding member of Alison NA. Real ownership, real upside, real responsibility
  • At this stage, the role is fully remote
  • The role includes travel as part of building and growing the NA market presence
