Our product, sales and operations are now in place. Now we are looking for the person who will build and scale the marketing engine that drives our next stage of growth.

Your mission: Build and scale Inflektion’s marketing engine. Create the systems that generate predictable, qualified pipeline and make us the category-defining name in partnership marketing.

We’re all-in on partnership marketing, and we grow the way we ask our brands to grow: through partners who already have trusted audiences, like creators, podcasters, and KOLs, rather than renting attention through Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads.

This role is about architecting the systems, building/scaling the channels, and creating the content that turn strangers into qualified buyers, and turn Inflektion into a recognized name in the category, amongst the billion dollar competitors out there.

Build with Leverage

  • Automating content production and reporting

  • Systemizing data analysis on our various channels and partners

  • Turning performance data into scalable, compounding growth loops

  • Using AI agents to automate the easily repeatable tasks

What You’ll Do

We want to be transparent about what this role requires.

This is not a brand-awareness-only role.

This is not an agency-management role.

This is not a campaign-by-campaign role.

This is a builder role.

You will be responsible for architecting and scaling a marketing engine that produces predictable, qualified pipeline and category leadership.

You will need to:

  • Think from pipeline and revenue backwards

  • Design the systems required to hit those numbers

  • Execute quickly with limited guidance

  • Communicate clearly with executive level thinking, working directly with the CEO

You enjoy experimenting with AI and automation to move faster and operate with leverage.

If your default approach is bespoke execution rather than building scalable systems, this role will likely feel frustrating.

What You’ll Own

  • Marketing Strategy & Budget

    • Own and allocate the total marketing budget across channels, with full accountability for return on every dollar.

    • Devise the channels and methodologies required to scale lead generation now that product and operations are in place.

    • Translate growth goals into clear KPIs for pipeline volume, lead quality, and marketing-sourced revenue.

  • Demand Generation & Lead Systems

    • Build the inbound and outbound systems that generate qualified leads at scale.

    • Coordinate closely with the sales team on lead quality, qualification, and handoff.

    • Stand up the marketing operations stack (attribution, reporting, routing) so every channel’s ROI is visible.

  • Partnership Marketing

    • Build and scale partnerships across different channels: social influencers, podcasters, and KOLs alongside our existing conference and referral motions.

    • Spin up and expand our referral programs across both existing brands and affiliates.

    • Construct partnership deals and design the compensation structures that make partnership programs perform.

  • Content, Website & Brand Authority

    • Revamp the website into a conversion engine that reflects the category we are defining.

    • Launch and manage content marketing: thought leadership (in collaboration with the CEO), signature points of view, and case studies that build authority.

    • Develop the brand voice and narrative that makes Inflektion the name buyers and the industry think of first.

  • Search, AEO & LLM Visibility

    • Own SEO and AEO visibility, including the monitoring tools that track answer-engine presence.

    • Build Inflektion’s visibility inside LLMs: figure out exactly what it takes to make us the answer when buyers ask AI about partnership marketing technology.

  • AI-Forward Systems

    • Use AI and automation as core marketing infrastructure: content, personalization, lead enrichment, and reporting.

    • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with scalable systems.

    • Pair strong copywriting with AI so the team ships high-quality marketing work fast, without scaling headcount or agency spend.

    • Continuously evolve the marketing stack as new AI tools and capabilities emerge.

  • Cross Functional Leadership

    • Work closely with the CEO and co-founder to shape go-to-market strategy.

    • Partner with Sales on lead quality and conversion, and with Product and Operations on systems and forecasting.

    • Represent Inflektion externally as the face of our marketing and category narrative.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year you will have:

  • Built a scalable system that generates predictable, qualified pipeline and moves Inflektion off founder-led, referral-based growth

  • Allocated the marketing budget across a working channel mix with clear, measurable ROI

  • Stood up and expanded referral programs across both brands and affiliates, and revamped the website

  • Launched a running content marketing engine and established measurable SEO, AEO, and LLM visibility, with AI as the default first draft for most marketing output

Your Experience and Technical Requirements

We care less about titles and more about prior outcomes.

You likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • B2B SaaS and MarTech marketing

  • Building and scaling marketing organizations

  • Partnership and affiliate marketing

  • High growth SaaS or MarTech environments

You should have:

  • A track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing

  • Experience owning and allocating a marketing budget across channels

  • The ability to design systems that scale lead generation and brand authority

  • Experience operating in fast moving startup environments

  • Clear, structured communication skills

  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to operate independently and move ideas into execution quickly

  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO (and the monitoring tools), and affiliate programs

  • Experience building referral programs and constructing partnership deals and compensation structures

You are also comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, strategy development, and operational workflows.
