Genspark is at an inflection point.
We built an AI workspace that 1B+ knowledge workers actually want to use. In 10 months, we went from 0 to $155M ARR—the fastest growth in the agent space. We launched Genspark for Business (Team and Enterprise plans) in November 2025, and over 6,000 organizations have already onboarded.
But here's the thing: we've barely scratched the surface of our B2B potential.
The next growth unlock is converting this organic product pull into a repeatable enterprise revenue engine. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to build the bridge from our bottoms-up product adoption to top-down enterprise pipeline and revenue. This is not a "run the playbook" role. This is a "define the playbook" role. You'll be the first dedicated B2B marketing leader, with a seat at the leadership table, the opportunity to bring in your best folks, and ownership over how we take Genspark to market with mid-market and enterprise customers.
Build the B2B marketing function from the ground up—strategy, team, systems, and culture
Define the enterprise narrative and segmentation strategy for Team and Enterprise plans
Own the full-funnel B2B marketing motion from awareness through pipeline to expansion
Establish the operating rhythm with Sales, Product, and Growth teams
Design the motion that converts product-qualified accounts (PQAs) into enterprise pipeline
Build the infrastructure to translate product usage signals into sales-ready opportunities
Create the case study and proof engine that gives enterprise buyers confidence
Partner with Sales Leadership as the primary marketing strategist and advisor
Shape pricing, packaging, and positioning for B2B tiers
Design and execute ABM, field marketing, and demand generation programs
Build the events and executive briefing strategy that moves markets, not just fills calendars
Own pipeline creation and acceleration targets for B2B segments
Build measurement frameworks that prove marketing's contribution to revenue
Influence how the company thinks about attribution, investment, and GTM priorities
Report directly to the C-suite on B2B marketing performance and strategic initiatives
12–15 years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a high-growth SaaS company
Direct experience building or significantly contributing to a B2B marketing function at a product-led company moving from self-serve to sales-assisted/enterprise
Deep fluency in demand generation, ABM, field marketing, and revenue marketing—plus the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
Proven track record building pipeline, accelerating deals, and influencing revenue in B2B segments
Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and Growth teams—you know how to earn trust and drive alignment
Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage motion building—you're energized by 0→1, not intimidated by it
Executive presence and credibility to present to C-suite stakeholders and challenge assumptions with data
You bridge worlds. You can translate product usage data into enterprise sales narratives. You speak both "bottoms-up adoption" and "top-down procurement."
You build systems. You're not just running campaigns—you're building the infrastructure that makes B2B marketing repeatable and scalable.
You move fast. We're a company that went from 0 to $155M ARR in 10 months. We need someone who can keep pace and build while the plane is flying.
You think in revenue. You understand that marketing's job is to create and accelerate pipeline, not just generate activity.
You're a strategic partner. You don't just take direction from sales—you help shape the GTM strategy alongside sales leadership.
