Management Accounts & Budgeting: Close off monthly books, build simple monthly management packs (Income, Expenses, Cash Flow, Debtors), and assist the CEO during 6-month rolling budget and cash flow reviews.
Grant & Funder Financial Admin: Track, code, and organise grant-funded income and expenses to ensure seamless, stress-free donor reporting and audits.
Audit Readiness: Maintain clean, well-organised electronic records and supporting documents throughout the year so annual audits run smoothly.
Light Administration Support: Coordinate occasional travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire) for team facilitators and contractors.
