We’re looking for a results-driven GTM specialist who knows how to craft strategies that capture attention and deliver tangible results.

📅 What will your day-to-day be like:

• Manage outbound campaigns for clients across various industries.

• Create advanced Clay automations that impress other agencies.

• Continuously test and optimize email copies, sequences, and timing until campaigns perform at their best.

• Communicate campaign progress and results to clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in outbound marketing to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.

🧠 Requirements:

• You’ve been hands-on with B2B marketing, especially outbound and cold email outreach.

• AI is basically your best friend - you use it for everything from email tweaks to life hacks.

• You’re proactive, love learning, and get a kick out of testing and iterating.

• You have excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Bonus points if you’ve used tools like PlusVibe, Apollo, BuiltWith, Clay or RB2B.

• You’re comfortable working 1 PM to 9 PM EET to sync with US-based clients.
