GTM Lead

Soulside AI · US Remote · Reports to the CEO

About Soulside

Soulside is a clinical AI platform built specifically for behavioral health. We help provider organizations automate clinical documentation, hold a higher standard of quality and compliance, and see clearly how care is actually delivered.

We're backed by Counterpart Ventures, GreyMatter Capital, and other marquee investors, and we're a One Mind Accelerator and UCSF Rosenman Institute company.

We're at an inflection point. Customers are seeing real results and expanding their use of the platform, and the opportunity ahead of us is massive. What we don't have yet is someone who owns go-to-market as a system. That's this role.

The Role

You'll own how Soulside reaches the market—every channel that creates and converts demand, and the operations underneath them. It's a builder's job: you'll do the work yourself before you systematize it.

Demand generation. Own the top of the funnel. Build the campaigns and sequences that turn interest into qualified conversations, work with the SDR team on target account lists and messaging, and make sure inbound and outbound are pulling in the same direction.

Marketing. Positioning, messaging, and the content that carries it—website, case studies, clinical and financial proof points, launch materials, and the public voice. Our buyers are clinical and finance leaders, and it has to be credible to both.

Channels and partnerships. Own the mix and the decisions inside it—events and conferences, digital, cold outreach, partnerships. Run, experiment, and scale the right channels.

GTM operations. The systems and the numbers: CRM hygiene and reporting, funnel metrics from first touch to closed-won, attribution, sequencing and outbound tooling, and the weekly pipeline review that keeps everyone honest.

Company-wide leverage. Sitting next to the CEO, you'll pick up strategic work that spans functions—a pricing change, a competitive teardown, a launch that runs across product and sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Healthcare experience is required—ideally behavioral health, but adjacent provider-side healthcare works. You should already understand how provider organizations buy, who sits on the committee, and why clinical and finance leaders evaluate the same product differently.

  • 4–8 years across marketing, growth, or BD—ideally at a startup where you built the function rather than inherited it.

  • Ownership of a demand-generation number, not just campaign execution, and the analytical discipline to kill what isn't working.

  • Strong writing. Most of what you produce is read by a customer or partner without you in the room.

  • Willingness to be in the room—conferences, customer calls, partner meetings—not just behind the plan.

  • Bias toward closing loops. You don't wait to be told the next step.

Nice to have: direct behavioral health experience; familiarity with revenue cycle or payer dynamics; experience building a channel or partner program from zero.

This is not the right role if you want a narrow specialist scope, a team to manage from day one, or a large paid-media budget to deploy.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive base salary plus strong equity component

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Remote, with a preference for San Francisco
