DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a builder-first GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technical development and Go-To-Market (GTM) operations — designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications and automated workflows that eliminate manual friction across our Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps functions.

This is a hands-on technical role, not a coordination role. You will own the full lifecycle of the solutions you build: from auditing a broken manual process to shipping a scalable, production-grade tool that commercial teams actually use every day. If you thrive in environments where speed, curiosity, and technical craftsmanship directly translate to business impact, this role is for you.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Design & Build GTM Automations

  • Develop and maintain complex, enterprise-grade automated workflows that streamline GTM processes — including pipeline status tracking, onboarding logs, renewal triggers, and cross-platform data syncing.

  • Audit manual, time-intensive processes and architect scalable, automated replacements from the ground up.

AI Integration & Application Development

  • Apply AI/LLM tools, prompt-engineered workflows, and AI-assisted development practices to automate GTM processes and accelerate team productivity.

  • Use modern rapid-application-development platforms to build, iterate on, and deploy production-grade internal tools, dashboards, and custom web applications.

  • Build AI-augmented solutions that reduce manual work and surface actionable insights across the revenue lifecycle.

Systems Integration & Architecture

  • Connect automated solutions and custom-built applications with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce), collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint), and messaging APIs to create a unified, automated commercial ecosystem.

  • Manage cloud database integrations and ensure data integrity across connected systems.

GTM Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leaders to translate operational bottlenecks into functional technical solutions — serving as a hands-on workflow architect, not just a ticket-taker.

  • Create clear technical documentation and SOPs for the tools you build to drive adoption across the commercial organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience working within or closely alongside GTM, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations functions — with a deep working knowledge of sales pipelines, workflows, and commercial processes.

  • Hands-on automation expertise: proven experience building complex, enterprise-grade workflows on modern cloud automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or equivalent).

  • AI application development: practical experience using AI-assisted or rapid-application-development environments (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or equivalent) to prototype, iterate, and deploy functional web applications with integrated front-ends, back-ends, and databases.

  • Applied AI fluency: working knowledge of LLMs and AI tooling in a business context, including prompt engineering and AI-augmented automation design.

  • Systems proficiency: strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Outlook (Graph APIs), and cloud database platforms such as Supabase or equivalent.

  • Builder mindset: you see a broken manual process and your instinct is to design and ship an automated solution, not to document it and wait.

Preferred

  • Experience with custom API integrations and configuring secure authentication (OAuth, API key management).

  • Background building tools for Account Management or Customer Success teams — such as automated asset generation, renewal tracking dashboards, or CS health score tooling.

  • Salesforce technical proficiency: process flows, custom objects, SOQL, or Apex.

  • Experience structuring, reconciling, and transforming large sales or revenue datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or enterprise-grade cloud automation suites.
