Growth Support Specialist - UK (REMOTE)

What you will do:

The Growth Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving eXp UK’s expansion by managing and converting all incoming online applications and enquiries. This is a high-volume, telephone-based growth role heavily focused on rapid speed-to-lead, candidate qualification, pipeline administration, and contract generation across all eXp models.

You will be the first point of contact for warm leads and applicants looking to join as solo residential agents, established estate agency businesses/teams, luxury specialists, or commercial agents. You will educate candidates on the eXp model, ensure they meet qualification criteria, guide them through the onboarding steps, and meticulously report on pipeline KPIs.

How you will make an impact:

• High-Volume Phone Outreach: Actively dial out to warm inbound leads, online applications, and incoming enquiries from prospective agents and business owners who have expressed interest in eXp UK.
• Speed-to-Lead & Qualification: Prioritise rapid call response times to contact new applications immediately—vetting candidates to ensure they meet eXp experience criteria and qualification benchmarks across residential, business team, luxury, or commercial divisions.
• Consultative Sales & Model Positioning: Conduct phone consultations with prospective agents and estate agency owners. Confidently explain eXp’s split model, cap structure, cloud infrastructure, supplier tools, and support framework to address questions and resolve objections.
• CRM, Pipeline & Contract Management: Maintain exceptional organisational standards inside the CRM system. Accurately track call activity, log lead stages, schedule follow-ups, issue join contracts/agreements, and manage candidate progression from application to sign-up.
• KPIs & Performance Reporting: Monitor conversion metrics, speed-to-call, and application sign-up rates. Provide the Head of Growth UK with structured monthly reporting on pipeline status, candidate flow, and overall conversion performance.
• Growth Team Feedback: Collaborate with the Head of Growth UK to provide actionable feedback on lead quality, common candidate hesitations, and pipeline conversion barriers to continuously optimize growth strategy.

Education and Qualifications:

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with CRM systems and databases
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years, or a Master’s degree or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
