The Growth Operator is responsible for building a predictable growth engine by managing paid and organic acquisition, optimizing the sales funnel, and analyzing performance data. They will work closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and execute growth experiments across various marketing channels.
Role Overview
The Growth Operator sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, sales, and analytics — a hands-on operator role, not a traditional marketing coordinator or campaign manager. This person is responsible for helping build a predictable growth engine: acquiring prospects through paid and organic channels, managing them through the CRM and funnel, supporting sales conversion, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue.
The ideal candidate can cover the full growth stack — not an expert in every discipline, but with enough practical knowledge across major areas to operate independently and coordinate with specialists.
