The Growth Manager will design and execute growth strategies, including sales automation, marketing initiatives, and structured experiments to drive sign-ups and revenue. They will also analyze funnel data and collaborate with product teams to optimize the user onboarding and conversion journey.
Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.
Dash0's growth team is responsible for finding out where our next customers come from and building the systems that get them there. That means developing and testing growth strategies across marketing and sales, analyzing what moves sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue, and turning the answers into programs, plays, and automations that run at scale.
We are looking for an early-career to mid-level Growth Manager with a strong bias for ownership and pace. If you are analytical, commercially minded, and love running structured experiments from acquisition to expansion, this is your opportunity to build a high-velocity growth engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Funnel & Data Analysis: Analyze funnel, pipeline, and product-usage data to identify the biggest growth opportunities and turn findings into clear recommendations for growth, sales, and product teams.
Sales Automation & Growth Plays: Develop signal-based outreach, account prioritization models, and expansion triggers for sales, building the automations in HubSpot and n8n that make them run seamlessly.
Growth Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute growth campaigns across content, community, partnerships, and paid channels, measuring their direct impact on qualified sign-ups and pipeline.
Structured Experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments across the entire funnel—from acquisition and activation to expansion—backed by clear hypotheses and success metrics.
Onboarding & Conversion Optimization: Audit the sign-up and onboarding journey, pinpoint drop-off points, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship conversion fixes.
Growth Reporting: Build clear dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide the entire company with a single, consistent view of growth metrics—from site traffic to ARR.
Analytical & Rigorous: You sanity-check numbers before sharing them, distinguish real trends from noise, and can explain complex findings to any audience in a few concise sentences.
Commercially Instinctive: You understand how developers evaluate and buy tools, and you can translate those insights into a campaign, an experiment, or a sales play.
Owner's Mindset: You move fast and prefer shipping a good version this week over waiting for a perfect one next quarter. You follow through on projects until results are measured.
Technical & System-Minded: Comfortable working with automation tools (n8n, HubSpot) and data structures to build repeatable growth loops.
Experience in growth, revenue operations, or technical roles at a tech or SaaS company (early-career to mid-level).
Clear written and verbal communication, with professional fluency in English.
Strong track record of owning cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product.
Experience marketing or selling to developers, or familiarity with developer-tools go-to-market.
Experience running structured experimentation programs or product-led growth (PLG) loops.
Familiarity with the observability, DevOps, or developer infrastructure ecosystems.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
