How you will make an impact

• Manage global HCP payment operations, ensuring timely issue submission, payment delivery, issue resolution, accuracy, and compliance.
• Lead creation of PO and invoice management
• Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Subject Matter Expert, providing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Own invoice management, KPI tracking, analysis, and leadership reporting for key operational processes.
• Ensure financial accuracy and audit readiness through invoice reconciliation, tracking, and controls.
• Serve as Smartsheet Subject Matter Expert, providing support for key project management, workflow automation, and business operations needs.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher AND 5 years of experience in business operations, financial coordination, project support, or related operational roles.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience supporting HCP engagement, meeting planning, travel management, or financial operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, purchase order management, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
• Experience administering Smartsheet, including workflows, dashboards, forms, and reporting.
• Experience supporting global teams and cross-functional stakeholder

Work location:

• Remote

Travel: May include up to 10%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $73,600 - $101,200, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
