Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via telephone, email, and live chat on behalf of BPO clients, delivering consistently high levels of service in fluent German
  • Accurately diagnose customer needs, resolve queries efficiently, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or tier within the contact centre structure
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions using CRM and case management systems, in full compliance with data protection and outsourcing industry standards
  • Meet and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, average handling time, first contact resolution, and quality assurance benchmarks
  • Collaborate constructively with team leaders, quality assurance specialists, and fellow agents to continuously improve service delivery processes within the BPO environment
  • Stay fully up to date with client product knowledge, service updates, and internal procedures through regular briefings and training sessions
  • Represent client brands with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity during every customer interaction
  • Contribute positively to team performance reviews and participate in coaching sessions designed to enhance individual and collective contact center outcomes

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — C1 or C2 level proficiency required
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility to work in Greece under the terms of this position
  • Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or BPO environment is advantageous, though motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills are equally encouraged to apply
