The Role

Following rapid expansion across North America, we are looking for an agile, proactive Full-Stack Developer based in the US to join our global R&D team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our core Israeli development team and our growing US client base. You’ll work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment—handling end-to-end feature development while providing vital, real-time R&D presence and escalation support during US business hours.

What You’ll Do

• Feature Ownership: Take full ownership of features in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with Product, Design, and international engineering teammates.

• Adapt & Collaborate: Thrive in a flexible, remote work culture—operating primarily in US time zones, with the adaptability to align with global/Israeli R&D hours when key projects require it.

• Bridge Time Zones & Support Growth: Serve as a key R&D point of contact during US operational hours, working closely with local client-facing teams and ensuring critical R&D support when our clients need it most.

• High Autonomy & Problem Solving: Work with a high degree of independence—taking full ownership of complex tasks, customer-facing issues, and urgent bugs from assignment to resolution, without needing hands-on supervision.

Who You Are

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in backend (Node.js or Python) and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).

• Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

• Cloud & Infrastructure Familiarity: Comfortable working in cloud-native environments (AWS and Kubernetes are strong advantages).

• Remote-Native & Self-Driven: Proven experience operating effectively in dynamic, remote, or distributed teams with a strong sense of ownership and a "can-do" mindset.

• AI-Empowered: You actively integrate AI tools into your daily development workflows to boost efficiency, with a solid understanding of their strengths and limitations.

• Flexible Communicator: Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work seamlessly across time zones and communicate clearly with both technical peers and cross-functional teams. (Hebrew is a plus, but not required).

The base salary range for this US remote position is $115,000 – $135,000, depending on candidate location, experience, and skills. We also offer health benefits, 401(k).
