As a Travel Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients in managing their travel inquiries and arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to French-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients in modifying their travel plans, including changes to flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Coordinate with travel partners, such as airlines and hotels, to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate and timely information about travel policies, destinations, and available services.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions in the CRM for continuous service improvement.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Stay informed about current trends in the travel industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or the travel industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM tools is an asset.
